Buyers will be able to view and choose from one of the following shipping options that suit their needs.

⚠️Note:

• Shipping channels under Others (West Malaysia/East Malaysia) will fall under Non-Shopee Supported Logistics. 

Shopee will then allocate the order to the most suitable logistics provider for delivery. Buyers will be able to view the allocated logistics provider in the Order Details Page once: 

Before the seller arranges for your order shipment, only the Standard Service Type channel that you have selected can be viewed as seen above. 

After Order Shipped

After the seller arranges for shipment, the allocated shipping provider and tracking number will be shown below the Standard Service Type channel. Follow the steps below to view the logistics provider delivering your parcel and the tracking number for your parcel:

Step 1: Go to the Me tab 

Step 2: Click on To Receive

Step 3: Select the order

Step 4: View the Logistics Provider delivering your parcel

Overseas Orders

If you have an Overseas Order, please know that the logistics provider will not be shown on the Order Details Page. However, you can find the logistics provider delivering your parcel by following the steps below:

Step 1: Go to the Me tab 

Step 2: Click on To Receive

Step 3: Select the order

Step 4: Click on Shipping Information

Step 5: View the Logistics Provider delivering your parcel
